Orders
Name, billing and delivery addresses, email, phone number if you give it, VAT number, order contents. To perform the contract, invoice and deliver. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations.
Quote and contact requests
Name, company, email, phone number if you give it, message, products requested and page of origin. These requests are recorded on the site and sent by email to ENVYTECH. To answer them. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request, or legitimate interest in answering a message.
Running the site
Chosen language, basket, session, the host's technical logs. To run and protect the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Retention periods
- Accounting records: 10 years (article L123-22 of the Code de commerce).
- Order data: for the duration of the relationship, then according to the statutory limitation periods.
- Requests with no follow-up: 3 years after the last contact.
Recipients
Your data is neither sold nor transferred. It is accessible to ENVYTECH and to the strictly necessary service providers: the site host (Hostinger International Ltd), the email provider, the carrier, the invoicing tool and, when used, the payment provider. A VAT number is checked with the European Commission's VIES service. If a provider transfers data outside the European Union, that transfer must rest on a safeguard provided for by the GDPR.

- fs_lang: keeps the language you picked in the selector, for 12 months. This choice takes priority over detection. Functional.
- fs_cc: keeps the detected country, for 30 days. It is used to suggest the language on your first visit, to show or hide prices with VAT and to prefill the country in the cart. Functional.
- fs_cart_n: keeps the number of items shown on the cart icon, for 2 days. Necessary.

- _lscachevary: serves the right cached version to a logged-in user, for the session. Necessary.
Country detection
On your first visit, your browser calls a small file on this site. That file compares your IP address with a table stored on our server, built from the public statistics of the internet registries (RIPE NCC, ARIN, APNIC, LACNIC, AFRINIC), and returns only a country code. Your IP address is not sent to any third party and this file does not store it. The host's usual access log still applies.
The result is used to suggest the right language and to show the price that applies to your country. It is accurate to country level only and errors can occur, for example with a VPN or a mobile network. Your manual language choice always takes priority. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Your choice
The banner lets you accept or refuse, and the "Manage cookies" link in the footer lets you change your mind at any time. If a measurement or advertising tool were ever added, it would only load after your consent.
Your rights
