Request a quoteWhat it is for
- Several cold rooms or fridges on one site
- Battery-powered sensors, with no wiring
- A rollout priced according to your site, starting from 5 sensors
What it is not for
- Fewer than 5 sensors: look at the other packs
- A power cut without the option: the gateway has no built-in battery
- Controlling or restarting your refrigeration
Installation, step by step
- Step 1
A test on site
Radio range and 4G coverage are checked on site. A paid on-site trial, quoted individually, lets you do this.
- Step 2
Sensors in the cold area
The Dragino D20-LB sensor is rated for -40 to +85 °C, and its probe is placed at product height.
- Step 3
Gateway indoors
It goes in a room at normal temperature, on mains power, with your SIM card. The optional IBPv1 battery keeps it going through a power cut.
Your readings on Syclance
The pack uses the Syclance platform, configured for your site: dashboards, 4 threshold levels, email alerts, optional SMS, floor plans and exports. Its price is set out in the quote.

What to know before you buy
- Without a battery, a power cut stops the gateway, even if the sensors keep measuring. The IBPv1 option keeps it going, according to Dragino.
- Radio range and 4G coverage need to be checked on site. We can quote for a paid on-site trial.
- Storing data on the sensor when there is no network requires configuration: we do not promise it by default.
This system monitors and alerts. It does not control your refrigeration or replace your system's own probe. It does not by itself deliver HACCP, EN 12830 or GDP compliance, and your food safety plan remains your responsibility. An alert needs a network, a power supply and someone to receive it, so test it when the system is installed.
